§ 51.19 WATER SHUT-OFFS, BUFFALO BOXES AND MANHOLES.
   (A)   No water shut-off, Buffalo box or manhole shall be placed in or under any driveway or sidewalk.
   (B)   If any water shut-off, Buffalo box or manhole is located or placed under any driveway or sidewalk, the location shall be changed at the sole expense of the person making the installation.
