(A) Delinquency. A $120 service fee will be added to the water account if payment is not received in the City Clerk’s office by 9:00 a.m. of the day when water service is scheduled to be shut off.
(B) Remodeling, expansion and the like. When an owner requests a shut-off and/or turn-on of water service after regular working hours for a nonemergency situation, i.e. remodeling, upgrading of plumbing, expansion and the like, a fee of $30 will be charged for each shut-off and/or turn-on request.
