§ 51.09 COMPUTATION OF FRESH WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM CHARGE.
   The F.W.S.S. charge shall be computed by the following formula:

where:

fresh water supply system charge per billing period

basic user charge (projected annual operation maintenance and replacement costs/annual billable flow)

debt service charge (annual debt service/annual billable flow)

volume of water used per billing period
