(A) The Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee shall have no more than seven people appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council.
(B) The initial appointments for Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee members shall be made upon the passage of this subchapter, and will expire when the Committee dissolves as specified in § 32.515 above.
(C) Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee members shall not be compensated for their services.
(D) Four members of the Committee shall constitute a quorum.
(E) A majority decision of all members present at a duly-constituted meeting shall be required for all Committee actions.
