There is hereby established an ad hoc City Advisory Committee which shall be known as the Oak Forest “Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee.” This Committee shall become effective upon the appointment of its initial members and shall cease to exist 30 days after the City Council’s final approval of the city’s Comprehensive Plan.
