§ 118.167 APPEALS.
   (A)   An appeal from the Business License Commissioner’s or the Mayor’s decision to deny an application for a secondhand dealer’s license shall be made to Council, in writing, within seven days of the receipt of the decision.
   (B)   The appeal shall state the specific grounds thereof.
   (C)   The applicant will be granted an opportunity to present his or her evidence at a Council hearing to show why the Mayor’s or the Commissioner’s decision should not be sustained.
   (D)   The provisions of §§ 110.001 through 110.018 relative to appeals shall be applicable to appeals taken under this section.
