§ 111.65 PURCHASE OR POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR BY UNDERAGE PERSONS.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any parent or legal guardian of any person under the age of 21 to allow that person to purchase, receive, consume or possess alcoholic liquor in violation of this subchapter upon either public or private property within the city.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any owner or occupant of any premises located within the city to allow any person under the age of 21 to remain on the premises while in possession of alcoholic liquor or while consuming alcoholic liquor in violation of this subchapter.
   (C)   No person under the age of 21 shall be allowed to be in any establishment whose primary business is the sale of alcohol liquor, unless that person is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
