(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) (1) Whoever violates any of the provisions of §§ 111.40 through 111.71 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(2) Revocation of licenses. In addition to the penalty provided in division (B)(1) above, the Local Liquor Control Commissioner shall have the power to revoke, to refuse to renew or to suspend licenses granted under §§ 111.40 through 111.71.
