(A) Unless otherwise specifically provided in §§ 111.40 et seq. of this code which govern and regulate alcoholic beverage sales in the City of Oak Forest for any particular license classification, no person licensed under this subchapter as a retailer of alcoholic liquor shall sell, permit to be sold or give away any alcoholic liquor between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on Saturdays, and between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Sundays provided further, however, that it shall be the duty of the license holders of such establishments to require that all persons, other than employees of said establishments, leave the premises at the stated closing times.
(B) The Liquor Control Commissioner may extend the closing hours for two hours on December 31 and January 1.
