(A) Fees.
(1) The fee of any Class A "Tavern" license granted hereunder shall be in the amount of $1,500.
(2) The fee for any Class AVG "Tavern" license granted hereunder shall be in the amount of $2,000.
(3) The fee for any Class B "Restaurant" license granted hereunder shall be in the amount of $1,500.
(4) The fee for any Class BVG "Restaurant" license granted hereunder shall be in the amount of $2,000.
(5) The fee for any Class C "Beer Garden" license granted hereunder shall be in the amount of $350.
(6) The fee for any Class D "Outdoor Café" license granted hereunder shall be in the amount of $200.
(7) The fee for any Class E "Liquor Store" license granted hereunder shall be in the amount of $1,500.
(8) The fee for any Class F "Convenience Business" license granted hereunder shall be in the amount of $1,500.
(9) The fee for any Class G "Combined" license granted hereunder shall be in the amount of $1,800.
(10) The fee for any Class GVG "Combined" license granted hereunder shall be in the amount of $2,500.
(11) There is no fee for a Class H "Temporary" license granted hereunder.
(B) A civic, charitable or fraternal organization may be granted a temporary permit by the Liquor Control Commissioner to sell or serve liquor in the city. The temporary license shall be limited in time, and the location for the use of the license shall be defined. Applications shall be made directly to the Local Liquor Control Commissioner, and the licenses, when granted by the Commissioner, do not require a fee.
(C) All license fees shall be paid in advance on or before April 15 April in each year.
(D) Every license shall expire on April 30 following its issuance (except 24-hour licenses).
(E) All license fees shall be paid at the office of the City Clerk.
(F) In the event a license is not issued, any license fees (except the initial license expense in § 111.52) which have been prepaid shall be refunded to an applicant.
