§ 111.07 FEES.
   (A)   License fee. The amount of the license fee for each license applicant shall be the prevailing business license fee as provided in § 111.07.
   (B)   Inspection and reinspection fee. All food service establishments and retail food stores shall be subject to an annual fee of $130 for two health inspections to be conducted through the calendar year. In addition, all violations of food service establishments and retailfood stores as reported on the City Health Commission food service establishment inspection report, as established by the regulations of the City Health Commission, must correct any violations as soon as possible, but in any event within ten days following such inspection. A warrantless reinspection shall be conducted to confirm the correction. A fee of $65 shall be charged for required reinspections. Special event health inspections shall be billed at a rate of $50 per vendor.
