§ 119.04 PERMIT REQUIRED; DISPLAY.
   No person shall conduct a garage or rummage sale pursuant to this chapter without first obtaining a permit therefor from the City Clerk, which permit shall be granted at no cost to the applicant. The applicant shall post this permit in a conspicuous place on his or her residence while the garage or rummage sale is being conducted.
