(A) The city may enforce this subchapter in its administrative adjudication system or through the court system.
(B) Nothing herein contained shall prohibit the city from immediately condemning as provided for in this Code a building or taking other immediate action upon a determination that the building is a public nuisance or poses an imminent danger to the occupants of the building, or the public, health, safety and welfare.
