That a certain document, three copies of which are on file in the Office of the City Clerk, being marked and designated as the Illinois Plumbing Code, be and is adopted as the Plumbing Code of the city, providing for the issuance of permits and the collection of fees thereof; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, collections and terms of the Plumbing Code on file in the Office of the City Clerk are referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section with the additions, insertions, deletions, and changes, if any, as found in Ord. 2015-11-0569O.
