§ 154.03 CONDITIONS OF STRUCTURES SUBJECT TO CONVERSION.
   (A)   All multi-family rental dwelling structures to be converted to condominium units shall be free from violations of all applicable provisions of the Building Code and all other applicable city ordinances, codes and regulations.
   (B)   All multi-family rental dwelling structures to be converted to condominium units shall be:
      (1)   Safe for human habitation;
      (2)   Capable of providing, or in the process of providing under proper permits, adequate plumbing and heating facilities for the entire building;
      (3)   In a safe and sanitary condition;
      (4)   In compliance with all current building codes and fire safety requirements applicable to condominiums; and
      (5)   In compliance with change in use and occupancy requirements set forth in the comprehensive building codes.
   (C)   All owners of multi-family rental dwelling structures intended to be converted to condominium units shall submit a statement detailing the time of construction of the structure. The owners of any structure constructed prior to 1996 shall register each dwelling unit with the Building Department. This registration is in addition to any existing registrations as required under §§ 151.145 through 151.154 entitled Multiple-Owner Complexes.
