The city does not guarantee the condition of any property which is the subject matter of this subchapter, and the city is not responsible for any claim arising out of the subject property or the conditions thereof. The city does not warrant that all deficiencies are listed in a certificate of housing inspection and does not warrant anything as to the condition of the property or the habitability thereof.
