§ 151.217 NOTICE OF HEARING.
   If, at the end of the periods set forth in § 151.216(B), there remains debris on city property adjacent to construction premises, the Director of Public Works shall serve written notice upon the owner of the premises that he or she will conduct a hearing in which the owner is to show cause why the city should not apply the cash deposit to the cost of removing the debris from the property. The notice shall be served not less than ten days prior to the hearing and shall state the date, time and place of the hearing.
