§ 151.215 PERMIT REQUIRED; APPLICATION AND DEPOSIT.
   (A)   The owner of a new building under construction, or of an existing building that is being repaired or remodeled, may apply to the Director of Public Works for a permit to allow stone, sand, dirt, building material, debris or material of any kind to accumulate on city property adjacent to construction premises for the period required for such work and a reasonable period after the termination thereof to allow for the removal thereof.
   (B)   The permit application shall be on a form supplied by the Director. It shall contain the name of the owner; the name of the contractor; the street address or other identification of the location of the work; a brief description of the work to be performed; a brief description of the debris to be accumulated; the length of time the work will take to be completed; and a statement that if at the end of the period described in § 151.216(B), the owner has not cleared the debris from the property, the city may apply the deposit required in division (C) of this section to the cost of removing the debris. The application may contain such other information as the Director may reasonably require.
   (C)   The application shall be accompanied by a cash deposit to secure the promise of the owner that the debris will be removed from the property as required in this section.
   (D)   The amount of the cash deposit required in division (C) of this section hereof shall be as follows:
      (1)   Nonresidential main buildings and accessory buildings: $250;
      (2)   Residential main buildings: $100; and
      (3)   Residential accessory buildings, including garages: $50.
