(A) The Taxpayer Advocate is created as a nonpartisan office. The officer in the performance of the duties of taxpayer advocate shall not take any partisan or political position or advocate any partisan or political goal.
(B) Nothing in this provision is intended to nor shall limit any individual’s right to maintain their individual or personal beliefs.
