§ 151.130 CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS.
   (A)   All fallout shelters shall comply with the minimum construction standards established by the Emergency Services and Disaster Administration in the following publications:
      (1)   MP-15 The Family Fallout Shelter, June, 1959 (reprinted November, 1960); and
      (2)   NP-10-2 National Plan Appendix Series Fallout Shelter Surveys Guide for Architects and Engineers, May, 1960 (reprinted July, 1960).
   (B)   In addition, minimum construction standards shall be the same as set forth in the International Building Code adopted in § 151.001.
