(4) Building Heights, Areas and Types of Construction.
a. Refer to the City of Oak Forest zoning code for allowed building heights and areas per zoning district.
b. Delete reference to Type B construction. Only Type A fire sprinkler protected buildings are allowed.
c. Type V (wood) construction is not allowed in R-1 (hotel/motel) and R-2 (apartment/multifamily) occupancy classifications.
(5) Section 105.2 Work exempt from permit: delete numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12.
