§ 151.100 BURIAL OF CABLES AND PIPES REQUIRED.

(A) Every contractor, installer or other company or individual who places any cable, pipe or similar tubing on or across streets or municipal or private property within the city shall with 72 hours of the placement bury the cable, pipe or tubing.

(B) The burial shall be at a level of 12 inches or more below the ground surface.
