§ 31.154 ACCESS.

(A) Duly authorized representatives of the city shall be permitted to enter any food establishment at any reasonable time for the purpose of the making inspections to determine compliance with this subchapter.

(B) The representatives shall be permitted to examine the records of the establishment to obtain information pertaining to food and supplies purchase, received or used.
