§ 132.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (C)   Any person who violates or fails to comply with § 132.16 shall be fined in an amount as allowed by § 10.99 or any successor statutes.

   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 132.17 shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500. Each day a violation continues or occurs shall be considered a separate offense. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit such other legal remedies as may be available to the city as otherwise provided by law.
