§ 132.16 OBSTRUCTION OF FIRE HYDRANTS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to place, deposit or dump any snow or ice onto or within 12 inches of any fire hydrant.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or place any waste or debris or otherwise obstruct any fire hydrant.
