§ 132.15 OBSTRUCTING PUBLIC WAYS.
   (A)   No person shall place a box, post, sign, bicycle, motor vehicle or other article that may interfere with the free passage of pedestrians over any sidewalk, or that may interfere with or obstruct the passing of vehicles upon any street, on any sidewalk or street in the city, without authority from the city to do so.
   (B)   No person shall park a motor vehicle, trailer or other motorized device within ten feet of a freestanding mail box.
   (C)   No person shall place or maintain any obstruction on any public street or parkway or other public place.
   (D)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      OBSTRUCTION. A structure, device or object, other than a freestanding mail box having a height prescribed by the U.S. Postal Service and a stand of not more than one foot in area.
