§ 132.10 STORAGE OF LUMBER, CRATES AND THE LIKE, ON PRIVATE PROPERTY; NUISANCE.
   (A)   No person shall use, keep, maintain or operate any yard, lot, premises or part thereof for the purpose of storing lumber, metal, secondhand material, dismantled motor vehicles or part thereof, crates, cases, boxes or other discarded material, unless the storage is for business purposes in a location zoned for business, for which location a business license has been duly issued.
   (B)   Storage and accumulation of wood for burning in stoves, furnaces or fireplaces shall be permitted only under the following circumstances.
      (1)   The maximum volume of wood allowed to be stored shall not exceed four face cords or its volume equivalent.
      (2)   The wood shall be kept in cut and split pieces stacked in rows not higher than four feet from the ground.
      (3)   Breather and access rows between rows of wood shall be no less than two feet wide.
      (4)   Wood shall be stored in rear yards and not closer than two feet from any lot line.
      (5)   Stores of wood shall be kept free and clean from insect nests, rodents or other animals.
   (C)   A violation of division (A) or (B) of this section is declared to be a nuisance.
