§ 132.06 UNAUTHORIZED CUTTING, TRIMMING AND THE LIKE, OF VEGETATION.
   No person shall, in any manner, cut, trim or mutilate any tree or shrub standing upon any private property in the city and not belonging to the person without first obtaining the consent of the owner of the property, or cause, encourage, direct or permit another to do the same. No person shall cut, trim or mutilate any tree or shrub growing upon any public street or road without the consent of the city, or cause, encourage, direct or permit another to do the same.
