§ 132.05 DESTRUCTION OF POSTED BILLS, NOTICES AND THE LIKE.

No person shall willfully tear, mutilate, deface, remove or render illegible any notice, handbill, poster, ordinance or other public document lawfully posted in any public place in the city, or cause, encourage, direct or permit another to do the same.
