§ 50.28  SCARCITY OF WATER.
   (A)   In time of scarcity of culinary water, whenever in the judgment of the Mayor, Town Council or appointed town officer, the amount of water available for culinary use is limited, emergency water schedules and rates shall be posted at two or more public locations in the community.
   (B)   It shall be the responsibility of the user to be aware of the emergency gallonage restrictions, watering schedules and rates imposed by the Town Council as necessary under existing or anticipated shortage periods.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person or his or her agent to violate any proclamation made pursuant to this section.
