(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Separate offense. Each day any such person, father, mother, husband, wife, son, daughter, sister, brother, uncle, aunt, nephew, niece, first cousin, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law or daughter-in-law, is retained in office by any of said officials shall be regarded as a separate offense.
(2) Penalty. In addition to any penalty contained in any other provision of law, including, but not limited to, UCA § 10-3-1310, any person who knowingly and intentionally violates §§ 32.20 through 32.34 of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
