§ 32.34  COMPLAINTS; PROCEDURE.
   If a person is charged with a violation of this subchapter, the complaint shall be filed with the Mayor or Town Clerk. The Mayor or Town Clerk shall investigate the complaint and shall give the person an opportunity to be heard. A written report of the findings and the recommendation of the Mayor or the Town Clerk shall be filed with the Town Council. If the Town Council finds that the person has knowingly and intentionally violated this subchapter, it may dismiss, remove from office, suspend or take such other appropriate actions with respect to the person in accordance with state laws, town ordinances and town personnel policies and procedures. The Town Council may also rescind or void any contract or subcontract entered into pursuant to that transaction without returning any part of the consideration received by the town.
