§ 135.12 POSTING OF SIGNS; REMOVAL OF ASHTRAYS; REMOVAL OF PERSONS IN VIOLATION; NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES.
   The owner, operator, manager or other person in control of each public place and place of employment where smoking is prohibited by this subchapter shall be responsible for compliance with all of the following:
   (A)   Clearly and conspicuous posting of "No Smoking" signs or the international "No Smoking" symbol, consisting of a pictorial representation of a burning cigarette enclosed in a red circle with a red bar across it, in each public place and place of employment where smoking is prohibited by this subchapter and at every entrance or exit to such a place.
   (B)   Removal of all ashtrays from any such area.
   (C)   Requesting that any person who smokes in an area where smoking is prohibited by this subchapter to refrain from smoking. If the person continues to smoke, requesting that such person leave the area. Using any appropriate means to obtain compliance, including calling the city's Police Department for enforcement.
