§ 135.11 SMOKING IN PUBLIC PLACES, PLACES OF EMPLOYMENT AND GOVERNMENTAL VEHICLES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall smoke in any public place or place of employment, or within 15 feet of any entrance, exit, window that opens or ventilation intake that serves an enclosed area of a public place or place of employment where smoking is prohibited by this subchapter.
   (B)   No person shall smoke in any vehicle owned, leased or operated by the city.
   (C)   No person shall smoke in any indoor public place or workplace, unless specifically exempted by § 135.15.
