§ 115.03 FIRE PREVENTION, INSPECTION.

All filling stations shall be operated and maintained in accordance with the requirements of §§ 150.15 et seq. (the city's Fire Prevention Code), and any other rule and regulation promulgated by the Fire Marshal.
