(A) The City Clerk or a designee is designated as the administration and enforcement officer of the license fees hereby imposed on behalf of the city. It shall be the responsibility and duty of the City Clerk to collect all amounts due the city from the owners, operators, and licensees of all amusement uses within the city, including coin-operated amusement devices.
(B) Any violation of this subchapter shall be subject to the penalty set out in § 10.99. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
