No person shall operate a mobile food unit in the city, as described in § 111.100, without first obtaining a license. Application for such license shall be made in conformity with the general requirements of this code relating to applications for licenses. No such license shall be issued unless the applicant provides evidence that the DuPage County Health Department has inspected and approved the unit for compliance with its requirements. The Health Department permit shall be displayed in a conspicuous place on the unit.
