For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOBILE FOOD UNIT. Includes any movable vehicle or cart, whether propelled by motor or human power, which is operated by moving from place to place along the public ways, and from which foods, including beverages, are prepared, served or provided to the public for consumption.
