§ 94.01 HEIGHT LIMIT ON GRASS, PLANTS.
   It shall be unlawful for anyone to permit any weeds, grass or plants, other than trees, bushes, flowers or other ornamental plants, to grow to a height exceeding six inches anywhere in the city, except for BMP/wetland areas where "no mow" signs have been posted in accordance with the city's stormwater management and flood plain development requirements, as adopted in Chapter 152 of this code, and any plants limited to but exceeding six inches in height are hereby declared to be a nuisance.
