(A) It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle or to permit a vehicle to remain parked, in any parking meter zone for a period longer than designated on such meter, between the hours or on the days designated thereon, except on Sundays and holidays or to park a vehicle in any zone without paying the fee hereinafter designated; or to permit a vehicle to remain parked in any such zone longer than for the period for which the fee was paid.
(B) Holidays shall include the following days only: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
