§ 52.01 PURPOSE AND AUTHORITY.

(A) The purpose of these §§ 52.01 through 52.23 is to set forth the city's policies regarding water line extensions, tap-on procedures, and water rates and charges, and to provide regulations for the implementation of those policies.

(B) The City Administrator , Chief of Police and Public Services Director, individually and collectively, are hereby authorized to enforce all of the provisions of this chapter. In the absence of any of these individuals and under circumstances constituting an emergency, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enforce all of the provisions of this chapter.
