The City shall provide for the administration of a plan checking, permit, and inspection program for structural and mechanical work. This City program is applicable to public buildings, including State buildings, as well as private buildings. Fees for enforcement of the codes identified in section 11-1-1 of this chapter are as set by resolution of the Nyssa City Council. (Ord. 659-18, 10-9-2018)
