11-1-1: CODES ADOPTED:

The City adopts and elects to enforce the Oregon State Building Code, including the following Specialty Codes as amended from time to time:

   A.   Structural Specialty Code and all supplemental amendments thereto;

   B.   Mechanical Specialty Code and all supplemental amendments thereto;

   C.   Plumbing Specialty Code and all supplemental amendments thereto;

   D.   Electrical Specialty Code and all supplemental amendments thereto;

   E.   Residential Specialty Code and all supplemental amendments thereto;

   F.   Manufactured Dwelling Installation Specialty Code and all supplemental amendments thereto;

   G.   Oregon Manufactured Dwelling and Park Specialty Code and all supplemental amendments thereto. (Ord. 659-18, 10-9-2018)
