7-3-5: CLASSIFICATION OF DRIVEWAY CURB CUTS AND APRONS:
Driveway curb cuts and aprons shall be of the following classes: residential and business, and shall have the following maximum widths:
   A.   Residential:
      1.   Curb cuts shall have a depressed section of not more than twenty feet (20') in width plus two (2) 3-foot end slopes.
      2.   Each building site may have at least one curb cut for a vehicular entrance to the property. Two (2) curb cuts are permitted, provided there are twenty feet (20') of full curb height between driveways.
   B.   Business:
      1.   Curb cuts shall have a depressed section of not more than thirty feet (30') in width, plus two (2) 3-foot end slopes.
      2.   Each building site may have multiple curb cuts for vehicular entrance to the property; provided, that multiple curb cuts must have twenty feet (20') of full curb height between driveways. (1962 Code § 8-4-8)
