7-2-8: CURB CUTS AND DRIVEWAY OPENINGS REINFORCED:
Where curb cuts or driveway openings cross a sidewalk, the concrete used in the construction thereof shall be reinforced with no. 8 wire across the entire width of said curb cut or driveway. (1962 Code § 8-2-7)
