§ 1511.02 ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS.
   (a)   Provisions of this article shall be enforced by the Mayor, upon complaint of the Fire Chief or his or her duly authorized agents.
   (b)   Penalties for violating any of the provisions of this article shall conform to the penalties set forth in § 1511.99 of this article.
