§ 171.01 COURT CREATED; JURISDICTION GENERALLY.
   There is hereby created a court, to be known as the “Municipal Court”, which shall have criminal jurisdiction over violations of town ordinances and the criminal jurisdiction of a magistrate of the State of West Virginia with respect to offenses committed within the town limits.
