(b) Overtime compensation for permanent, full-time employees shall be granted based on one and one-half hours compensation for each one hour worked. Each employee shall have the option to receive either a cash payment equal to one and one-half times the employee’s gross hourly rate or compensatory time equal to one and one-half hours off for each one hour worked. Compensatory time off for all employees will be made by an agreement between the employee and the supervisor and will be on a voluntary basis.
(c) Employees shall not work overtime without prior approval from their supervisor or the supervisor’s designee. If overtime hours are worked without prior approval, the employee shall not be compensated for those hours.

(a) The Town of Nutter Fort has implemented a longevity program under which permanent, full-time employees who are compensated 2,080 hours or more per year shall receive additional compensation for tenure of service.
(b) The pay rate will be $5 per month for each year of service and will be divided among each paycheck during the month. For example, after one year of employment an employee would receive $5 per month. After two years of employment, an employee would receive $10 per month. This will create a pay differential between long-time employees and those employees just starting.
(c) Fifteen will be the maximum number of years that may be accumulated for this program. For example, an employee that has worked for 15 years would receive $75 dollars in longevity pay per month.
