§ 157.22 PENSION.

(a) The West Virginia State Code, currently known as W.Va. Code § 5-16-13, the Public Employees Retirement Act, or “PERS” is hereby adopted by reference as though it were copied herein fully.

(b) Any additions, changes or adaptations to said Code, further incorporated by the state, shall be incorporated by the town accordingly.
