§ 153.05 OFFICERS OF THE AUTHORITY; EMPLOYEES.

The Commissioners of said Authority herein created shall elect a Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson from among the Commissioners. The Authority may employ such persons as are authorized by W.Va. Code § 16-18-4, as amended.
